We are more than happy to make phone meetings for briefings. Design approval is by email. Training can usually be completed over the phone, and we now have a series of 2 minute Surefire Help Videos online.

These help with the key things you will do in the editing tool.

Much of the support we do is via email and we can access your website admin online anytime to help you out.
